Advanced Land & Water has joined Barton & Loguidice (B&L), a privately held full-service consulting firm that helps communities, institutions, and businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast meet their environmental, planning and landscape architecture needs. Advanced Land & Water will now be operating as B&L from our current location, offering complete continuity and seamless integration, providing services under B&L’s various practice areas.
All nine employees of Advanced Land & Water have joined the B&L team, under the environmental practice area, and will be providing geoscience and environmental consulting expertise to address complex water supply, wastewater discharge, and contamination challenges. The newest members of the B&L team will remain operating from their existing location in the Baltimore suburb of Eldersburg, Maryland.
Mark W. Eisner, P.G., former Advanced Land and Water President, joins B&L as Vice President and Practice Area Leader in Environmental for the Camp Hill Area Office. Additionally, Mark will also serve as Branch Manager of B&L’s new Baltimore Branch Office located in Eldersburg, Maryland. Mark possesses more than 25 years’ experience in environmental and hydrogeological consulting and has testified as an expert on matters related to groundwater resources, surface water resources, hydrogeological conditions, environmental contamination and due diligence studies.
David L. Pielmeier, former Operations Manager and Senior Scientist with Advanced Land and Water, joins the B&L team as a Managing Hydrogeologist. David possesses over 17 years of water resource evaluation and permitting experience.
Amy M. Parrish, EHS, P.G., joins B&L as a Managing Hydrogeologist. Amy is a licensed Environmental Health Specialist and a licensed Professional Geologist with over 17 years of experience performing and managing water and wastewater resources evaluations.
